of Transmit Equity. And, if and when we become a $1B+ Unicorn,

Welcome Everyone - I truly appreciate your time. I’ll try to
keep this quick.
I used to dabble in Network Affiliate Marketing, MLM, Performance Mktg, etc.
and have worked with tons of Marketers, so I have mad respect for the field.
I’ve always been more of a tech guy though, so that’s what
I’ve been focusing exclusively on for the last 10+ yrs.
Me and my partners (based out of Chicago, IL) are in the process of
re-launching this re-branded Bulk Messaging +
Notifications Platform (now named Transmit) based on one I built for
McDonald’s a few years ago. We’ve
been white-labeling our version and using it as a "base" for Custom
Dev Projects for the last few years - continually improving the overall
tech every single time. It’s now a monster.
And, so many people need it, it’s ridiculous.
We suck at selling and would like to focus on keeping the platform smooth

1. Parents are constantly taking their
kids to activities that are often a
cluster-you-know-what and they are always super pressed for time - and just
looking for ways to save time.
Then, just about every community or school always has that one super-parent
- that knows everything - those could be our "Moderators". We have immediate
plans to make them feel welcome, recognized and rewarded.
2. Podcasters - Podcasting is super-hot
right now and there’s a lot of
focus on the core features of the audio-part of podcasting right now - and
now that it’s already gotten so crowded and saturated so quick - Podcasters
are realizing that they need better ways to market and stay in touch with
their Listeners.
This is where Transmit comes in. Podcasters can use the instant notifications to
stay connected to their Audience, let them know when new guests are secured
and all kinds of stuff. And, there are about 4.4M+ Podcasts globally already.
So, that’s a ginormous market for us to all go for. That’s a lot of
